2011 Christmas Carol Concert season starts TONIGHT at St. Barnabas, Ottawa

St. Barnabas, Ottawa On.
Tonight we sing our first Christmas concert of the 2011 season.

St. Barnabas on James Street -- downtown Ottawa has a lively concert series of their own, but has engaged us to do a special concert just for them. A thrilling start to the season, since the sound at St.Barnabas is etherial and full of mysterious echo and reverb. I don't understand the science of sound, but Jay Fee, our sound engineer for virtually all our CDs thus far, came to the rehearsal to test the sound quality for our next recording-- our first Sacred CD -- to be produced in the new year.

Here's a little slideshow of our dress rehearsal for tonight's concert.
